Microfreak Oscillator Reference

This handy reference document collects all the Arturia Microfreak oscillator descriptions from the manual for the v.5.0.1 firmware update. It describes the Microfreak's 22 oscillator types and the parameters controlled by the wave, timbre, and shape knobs.

There is also a tips section on the pages 7-8 for more nuanced operation (also compiled from the manual), as well as links to the Mutable Instruments manuals for the Plaits-derived oscillators.

Version 4 includes a 9th page that includes:

• the microfreak CC values list
• the CC9 type values (0-128) for the type knob (helpful for controlling the oscillator type or other parameters externally)
• helpful links to user-created resources, including a MF preset list generator (export and upload your presets, and it spits out out a PDF and a CSV), and a collection of different Arturia filesets for the Microfreak.
